In this bathroom, in a separately located closet, there is also the boiler and washing machine. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms. The terrace in front of the living room has a size of about 14 m² and is completely covered. The community pool and the lawn with umbrellas and sunbeds are available for the residents. The complex is video monitored for added security. The monthly service charges are just under 330 € and include janitor, gardener, watering of the outdoor areas, pool service, security, cleaning of the common areas and a maintenance reserve. Owners have access to a modern gym with sauna and wet area.
