The apartment is located on the ninth floor of a well-kept residential complex in Calvià. It is a great building, well maintained in exposed location with a fantastic sea view, direct sea access in a small bay and pool directly on the sea. The complex also includes a large parking lot. You can reach your new apartment comfortably with the elevator, so that you are spared the steps. When you enter, you are in a small entrance area. Straight ahead is the living room with open kitchen. There is no balcony here, but you can enjoy the sea view from your winter garden. The large window front allows an almost unobstructed view. Back you look at the open kitchen, which is perfectly integrated and yet still forms its own area. A dining area finds enough space in the winter garden.
